Dysplastic nevi = mole with an abnormal appearance. Photos &amp; dermoscopy aside, the only way to know whether a mole is a melanoma or not&nbsp;is to remove it and biopsy it! &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Call for a mole exam today.
